With a recent focus on civil and military aviation technology, OMNIPOL has now strengthened its market offerings with the acquisition of the world’s premier provider of civil and military aircraft multilateration based surveillance technology. Based in Pardubice CZ., ERA a.s. has delivered passive and active multilateration and ADS-B solutions globally for airport surface, terminal area and En Route aircraft surveillance as well as tracking vehicles operating on and around airport maneuvering areas. ERA’s military division focuses on the passive surveillance of aircraft using mobile equipment configured to track and identify aircraft posing a threat to sovereign airspace.
