Managing Director - Ing. Vladislav Hofman

Mr. Hofman is a distinguised veteran of the aviation industry having held positions with Czech Airlines, a board member with Čechofracht and a controller with the Czech Air Force.
A veteran of the Iraq war Mr. Hofman now holds a Masters in Air Traffic Management from the University of Defense and the position of Managing Director and member of ERA a.s. Board of Directors.

Director Corporate Strategy - Tim Quilter, CEng

Mr. Quilter has had a long career in the aviation industry having worked on radar and Electronic Warfare systems while at Racal Radar Defence Systems and in product management and ATM strategy at Roke Manor Research Ltd in the United Kingdom. Mr. Quilter is a Chartered Engineer with a degree from Brunel University and currently sits as Chairman of the EUROCAE WG51 SG4 ADS-B/WAM Composite Surveillance Systems committee.

Director Product Development - Ing. Pavel Štěrba, PMP

Mr. Sterba began his career in the radar industry as a radar technician for the Czechoslovak armed forces. He then moved on to the well known TESLA company where he, at various times, managed development and research for radar and microwave systems. Capitalizing on his wealth of knowledge and experience he now directs ERA's product development organization. Mr. Sterba holds a computer science degree from the University of Brno and PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.

Manager Quality Assurance - Jiří Jirout, DiS

Mr.Jirout began his career in Panasonic mobile and automotive industry as a quality engineer, custom product specification engineer and deputy customer service manager. He came to ERA as a project quality manager and later as a quality manager. He is skilled in assuring quality within the entire product life cycle from R&D to deployed system. Mr. Jirout graduated from Electrotechnical University with a focus on information technology, he is a certified quality manager by Czech Association for Quality and a certified Lean Six Sigma  Black Belt.

Director ATM Sales - Ing. Viktor Sotona, MBA

Mr. Sotona started his professional career in Czech Airlines as a Senior Project Manager in the Technical Division. During his tenure with ERA he has held several sales positions and currently serves as Commercial Director for our ATM Sector. He received a Master degree in Air Traffic Management from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Technical University of Brno, Czech Republic and a MBA degree from Sheffield Business School, UK. Mr. Sotona is a member of several professional ATM working groups under EUROCAE and EUROCONTROL. He chaired WG-70 on the Wide Area MLAT standards and he is a member of the Supervisory Board of ERA.
